Privacy & Enquiries
Your trust matters to us.
Hema Foundation Trust uses the information you choose to provide to review and respond to your contact, volunteering or partnership enquiry.
What we collect
Your name, email address and message. Volunteer enquiries may include your city, interests and availability. Partnership enquiries include your organisation. Please do not include identity documents, financial details, health information or other sensitive information.
How information is used and stored
Enquiries are stored in the website’s WordPress database on our hosting service. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing and do not sell enquiry information. Our hosting provider processes website data as part of providing hosting.
Retention
Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Follow-up correspondence may be retained where needed to manage an ongoing relationship or meet applicable obligations. Backup copies may remain until their scheduled expiry.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information by contacting the foundation through the contact page or our official LinkedIn page. Do not send identity documents through the form.
Cookies and technical data
WordPress uses essential cookies for administrator sign-in. The enquiry forms use security tokens and a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit spam. The hosting service may record technical access logs. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers. Third-party links have their own privacy practices.
Photographs
We review activity photographs and permissions before publication. Please contact us if a photograph raises a privacy concern.
