Neelesh Verma is the Managing Trustee of Hema Foundation Trust and a seasoned entrepreneur and technology industry leader with over 25 years of experience in building businesses, driving strategic growth and leading large-scale enterprise and government technology engagements.
Throughout his professional journey, Neelesh has held senior leadership positions with leading global technology organisations, spearheading business growth, managing high-value strategic engagements, building institutional relationships and leading cross-functional teams across highly competitive enterprise and government markets.
His expertise encompasses business strategy, organisational leadership, enterprise technology, strategic alliances, public-sector engagement and the development of sustainable business ecosystems.
He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science.
He currently serves as Co-Founder & Director of IntelliDB Enterprise Pvt. Ltd., an Indian-origin enterprise database technology company developing advanced PostgreSQL-based solutions for Indian and international markets.
He is also Co-Founder & Director of Integre Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an organisation engaged in systems integration, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure.

His late father, Shri Brajendra Kishore Verma ‘Anil’, envisioned establishing a charitable institution in memory of his parents, Late Smt. Hemant Bala Verma and Late Shri Madan Kishore Verma.
